Hidden Lake

Hidden Lake is my most Favorite. The 4 wheeler trail was closed so we hiked it instead. The weather was perfect. One tiny rainstorm and we just pic nic under the trees until it passed. Can’t wait to go back up.

DARE Lagoon Day

DARE Lagoon Day. Jake has a pretty great job! We had loads of fun. We are so blessed with two amazing kids who love each other and have so much fun together (most of the time). They went on ride after ride, the weather was perfect and we all had a blast.

Hidden Lake

Such a wonderful quick getaway. It’s so peaceful, relaxing and calming. Can’t wait to go back up.

Wax Museum

Kambria was Elizabeth Smart for her wax museum assignment. We had a long list of leaders, she was so intrigued with Elizabeth and did a lot of research on her. She didn’t really even have to dress up either. She had her three points memorized. Jake thinks she should have worn a white sheet over her body.

DARE Boondocks

DARE Boondocks night is always so much fun! It’s fun to see all the kids run to Jake and want to race him on the go-carts, play laser tag and just talk to him. They love Jake. And our kids had a blast. Even in the rain it was a great time.

Temple with Marshall

We finally were able to make it to the temple with Marshall. It has been one thing and then a broken thumb, but everything aligned today. Such a great experience.  The temple Presidents wife took us aside and explained the importance of the temple and talked with Marshall before we did the baptisms.  I was the towel girl. 

Moms Birthday

Jake took me to lunch, bought me flowers, took me to Overboard, which was awesome, and then to dinner. My kids made me a cake while we we’re gone and my Mom brought over a cake and gift as well. I am so blessed. One year older, but not quite 40!! Looking forward to another awesome year full of adventure. And I got a hiking sleeping bag, now i need to get excited to do that 🐻
