Marshall Turns 2

We had Marshall's Birthday Party and Grandpa and Grandma Hall's home. We played games and had cake and icecream. Marshall is getting so big. He walks, talks and is the biggest joy in our lives.

Halloween 2006

This was really Marshall's first Halloween. We celebrated it in 2005, but Marshall was not even 1, so he wouldn't remember it. At school they had a parade. Everyone that worked there, and parents and grandparents lined the halls and the kids paraded through and got some candy, Marshall loved it. That night we went to Ary's neighborhood and went trick or treating, Marshall had fun, he was just slow slow slow. The porch decorations scared him just a bit as well. Next year will be better for him. It was still fun. As you can see he was Elmo, with Elmo slippers and an elmo candy sack. It was a super warm costume.

I love to see the temple

We took Marshall to the temple to walk around. It was such a beautiful day, and there is no greater place to be to feel of the spirit. I love the temple. Jake and I were married in the Salt Lake Temple and it is so beautiful. I am thankful for the work that goes on in the temples. I am so thankful that I have a testimony of eternal families and that we are sealed to one another. It makes death a tiny bit easier to know that we will live with our loved ones again. The temple is amazing and I am glad that I can teach Marshall about the temple, so he can gain a testimony for himself. I love the Primary song, " I love to see the temple, I'm going there someday To feel the Holy Spirit to listen and to pray. For the temple is a house of God, A place of love and beauty. I'll prepare myself while I am young, this is my sacred duty. I love to see the temple, I'll go inside someday. I'll covenant with my Father, I'll promise to obey. For the temple is a holy place, where we are sealed together. As a child of God I've learned this truth: A family is Forever!" What a wonderful song. The temple truly is a place of God, We do make and keep sacred covenants.

Easter 2006

We always go to Grandma and Papa Hall's on Easter and have an egg hunt in the back yard. It is always lots of fun. I remember doing this at my Grandma and Grandpa Gotbergs house when I was a young girl. Lots of fun memories.

Sand Hollow 2006

We went down South to Sand Hollow with Pickle's and Richardson's. It was so much fun. We camped out and rode our 4 wheelers. I was not as crazy and Jake, but I had so so so much fun. Marshall loved playing in the sand.

Our 2nd Cruise

February 2006 we went with Watson's and Richardson's on a Cruise. It was a lot of fun.
