Cub Camp

Marshall had the opportunity to go to Cub Camp this year.  Jake is the Weblos leader and had been looking forward to going, he thought it would be a great experience and fun to be there with Marshall.  The day before he broke his ankle and was in a lot of pain, so he wan't able to go.

Marshall went and had a blast.  Up at camp he:  ran through tires, swung on the rope, swung on a tire, shot BB guns, shot bow and arrows, went on two hikes, learned how to pan gold and lots more.

He brought some money with him and bought a rubber band gun, a sling shot, some treats and ice cream.

He had a blast and can't wait for next year!

24th of July

We went to Grandma Halls house and had a BBQ.  

The kids played on the water-slide and had a lot of fun.  We then watched fireworks.  

Kambria sure loves Grandma Gotberg and was connected to her at the hip!  Thankful to have such great family!

Bear Lake 2013

This year was great, My family and Jakes family went up to Bear Lake.  We went up on Friday and came home on Wednesday.  We had rented waverunners from Jakes LT, however when we were pulling them home from his house the axle on the trailer broke so we weren't able to bring them, we were all a little disappointed, but it was still fun without them.  Casey and Erin rented two paddle boards and those were a blast.  Marshall was a pro, Jake did great even with a broken ankle and I was in heaven.  I really want to buy one now.  The kids had a blast riding bikes, playing in the sand and water and just relaxing. I love Bear Lake

Jakes Cankle

Jake loves Basketball!  Jake could play everyday if his hip allowed him to.  All the guys at work convinced Jake to go play and he was being careful.  Jake made a fade away shot and his left ankle came down on Watsons calf and that is where it all began.

Jake sent me a text that he rolled his ankle, I was very frustrated because that morning I had asked him to not play ball.  He said he was going to come home to take some medicine.  I looked at his ankle and knew we needed to go to instacare.  They took X-rays which revealed he had broken his ankle.  The next day we went to a specialist, they stated he had a stage 3 sprain (The worst) and he broke off a piece of bone.  It was a small piece so they didn't need to do surgery.  He gets to wear a boot for several weeks.
