California Day 3

Today was a free day.  We woke up and ate some breakfast and then we headed over to La Jolla.  We walked around and saw all the seals, went to a cove area where you could see crab and you could snorkel and see a bunch of fish if you wanted to. And then we headed to burger king and ate some lunch.  We then went to Mission Bay Beach and did some more boogie boarding.  This was the best beach ever.  We could have stayed here the entire vacation, the waves were perfect, the sand was heavenly and the weather was amazing.  In fact, I want to move to San Diego, that is my dream place to live.  I love the ocean and the humidity and the atmosphere.  

California Day 2

We woke up early and got all ready.  We headed up and got some donuts for Breakfast.  We then hit the road to San Diego.  We stopped on the way and ate some lunch in Barstow, got some shakes from in and out and then we were on the road again.  We got to our destination and got checked in, put our stuff away and then we headed to the Beach.  It was so much fun.  We boogie boarded, and just played until the sun went down.  We then headed back for some grub.  

California Day 1

Today was our 1st day of vacation. We woke up Early And hit the road. We lucked out and didn't have any traffic at all. We made it quickly to Vegas. We checked into our hotel, South Pointe. We Settled in and then ate some lunch at Steak and Shake. That was so delicious!!  We headed to the pool and swam for a bit, Then checked out the arcade and bowling alley. For dinner we got pizza and ate it in the room. We had a fun first Day. Tomorrow we head to San Diego!!

Teddy bear picnic

Kam had her kindergarten teddy bear picnic. They learn about all the colors. The last color is brown and they get to bring a stuffed animal and have a picnic. She is different from Marshall. He likes me to go on all the field trips and activities, she really doesn't care, but I wanted to so I went. We had a fun time chatting and giggling. 

4th grade

Marshall is growing up. 4th grade already. He loves it. He has a good teacher amd lots of friends. He walks to and from school with friends, it's kinda weird and

First Day of Kindergarten

I can't believe Kambria is in kindergarten. She has been counting down the days. Jake and I walked her to school and she wasn't even nervous. She got in line and was ready to go. She loved it. 

A day at Fairview Lakes

Life has been super crazy. Jake hasn't had a day off for 39 days. So this morning we jumped in the car and took off for the day. We desperately needed a family day and it was wonderful. 

We roasted hot dogs, had s'mores,

Went on a walk, played football and chilled out. 

It was a perfect day.
