Swimming and Stuff

I got together and went to lunch with 5 (kim not pictured) of my friends from growing up.  We met at Texas Rhodehouse and ate lunch.  We chatted for 3+ hours before we finally said our goodbyes.  It was so much fun.  It is Tamara, Teresa, Cortni, Lisyl and me.

 We finally poured cement all the way back to the fence on the RV pad so that our trailer and everything fits behind the gate, it is so nice!  We are in the process of leveling our yard, it is going to be a massive project.

Boondocks

Jake is the DARE Officer out here in Herriman now, he loves his job!  They had DARE Boondocks day for two fridays in a row, so Jake was there from 2pm to 10pm for his job those days (hard stuff), and they let me and the kids in for free with an all you can do wristband and tokens and food.  We had so much fun.  We played mini golf, laser tag, race cars, and lots of games.  They had a DARE car on the race track that the DARE officers could drive, it was way faster then any of the other cars and it had lights and sirens on it.  We each got to ride with Jake, it was a lot of fun!!

More Moab

The next day we went to the Arches National Park and hiked around, it was warm and a lot of fun.

It is beautiful here.  So many pretty and fun things to see and so many rocks to climb on.  We could not keep Jake off of the rocks, and the kids out of the sand.


First we did the easier hike to the delicate Arch Viewpoint.

 The arch is right there, Marshall is showing you, just in case you couldn't spot it .......

 That rock is higher then it looks, I was terrified standing on it. I look like a nerd bomber and I'm okay with that.

 This darn rock was too fun to climb, the kids climbed way too much on this puppy.

 Thankfully he didn't fall, even though it was close.

 On our way out, across the street there is a massive sand hill.  So we stopped and had to climb to the top.  It was SO HARD!  I barely made it, and that is because I was not giving up.  Me, Jake, Marshall, Kambria, Kayla, Kenzie and Karson all made it to the top.  It is very steep. It was windy, that is why my hair looks so fabulous.

We then went to the pool again and Marshall and Kayla did a great show for us!  It was a super fun night!!!
