Marsh wants to earn money so bad. So we’ve been racking our minds and Jake knows that warranties at work take time and he HATES compiling them when I am out of town, so ... we asked Marshall if he’d like a job. He was so excited. Today I taught him how to do it. It requires sorting them by size and type of shield. Making sure they are filled out correctly, filling it out if not. Counting them and bundling them and finally entering them into a spreadsheet, packing them and labeling it for shipping. He did great. At the end he said, “ you’re preparing me to work there aren’t you?”. Yes, yes I am. 3 more years!!!
