I found this tutorial on a blog and have wanted to make it, however my sewing machine wasn't working. Well my machine got a tune up and is working like a charm, so here it is!! This cost me under $3.00 to make and hang up in the tub!!

Hmm, so many more things I want to make ... better go get started.
