Brandy's Sob Story

So I thought I would update about myself. As many of you know, having a baby is hard for me. We were so blessed to have Marshall, when I look back I realize what a miracle Marshall was. Jake had to have surgery, I was on clomid, but after trying for 3 or 4 years, I finally had Marshall. He was born basically dead, but was revivied. I truly believe the blessing I was given before I went to have my C-Section is the reason Marshall is here. We thank Heavenly Father daily for having Marshall in our lives.
So now that we are ready to have a 2nd child, and we have been trying for 2+ years now, still no luck. I think . . . It has to be Jake, no way is it me. Because I am so stubburn I refuse to have any tests done, but I take the clomid as instructed, only I don't listen and I don't get my blood checked. I stopped taking the clomid, because I could not stand the side effects. Those would include, breaking out, gaining weight, crazy hormones, everything makes me cry or scream. Poor Jake and Marshall.
I finally decide, I am so frustrated and just want to get pregnant, so I become serious. I went to the Dr. again. He said we will do 3 months of clomid and then we will do in vitro. So my first month of clomid I go and get my blood tested and I am at a 1.3 level. I think great . . . . the dr. says, "not great, you need to be at least a 9 or 10. So they put me on a double dose of clomid (It must have leveled our my hormons, because I was more pleasant to be around.) So this last Monday, I go and have my blood drawn . . the lady was horrible, she missed like 3 times, was twisitng the needle in my arm, it hurt so so so so bad. But today I get the call I have been waiting for from the nurse, she states "Your levels look wonderful! They are 23. " Yes me 23 when the month prior I was 1.3. So that makes me happy, we are headed in the right direction. So we will wait 1 week and then see if I am pregnant, if not that is totally fine, we will do the same dose of clomid again, and hopefully we will have good luck!!
I am thankful for Jakes patience with me and his love. If I were him, I probably would have moved out of the house by now, a hormonal women isn't fun to be around. I am glad he loves me so much. I have never had to say I am sorry to Marshall so much as these last 3 months . . .my patience level with him was at a bout a zero. I love my family and hopefully one day we will have an addition. Anyways that is my sob story.

T-BALL

Marshall had his first T-Ball game today!! It was a lot of fun. He loved running after the ball, and did an awesome job hitting the ball. He was still a bit timid and wanted Jake to run with him, but I imagine he will get better. Marshall is #11 with grey sweat pants and a red glove.

Disneyland

We are back from our Wonderful Vacation! We had so much fun. We were able to go to Disneyland for 4 days. We went on every ride we wanted plus some. Marshall had a blast. We were able to go to Disney's Playhouse and see Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Little Einsteins, and My friends Tigger and Poo live on stage. It was so much fun. The Kids were able to stand and jump . . . . it was very interactive . . . Marshall was in Heaven!!! We met characters and had them sign Marshall's book, we lived on Cotton Candy, Churros and McDonald's. We also went to the 3D movie its hard to be a bug, it was so cute, but it scared Marshall. He was shaking so bad! We had so much fun and can't wait to go back!

We were watching the Pixar Parade, Marshall loved it so much. He would laugh, smile, wave and jump around. It was so much fun.

Marshall and Daddy's favorite ride. Buzz Light Year. Anytime we went on this ride, Marshall had to go with Jake, he refused to go with me.

Super Funny Marshall

So Marshall has decided that he is big enough to answer the phone. I have two examples of why it is not okay and how funny it is.
So today the phone rings, it is unkown caller . . . we let Marshall answer the phone, I am on a different phone just in case. Here is the call:
Marshall: Hello
Telemarketer: Hi, Is Jacob Cutright there?
Marshall: Who is this (laughing)
Telemarketer: Well Hi this is Bank of America.
Marshall: (laughing hard and being loud) that is a funny name!!!
Telemarketer: It is a funny name isn't it. (being so nice and cute to Marsh.)
Marshall: Well do you want to talk to my Dad? His name is Jacob!
Telemarketer: That would be great!
Marshall . . . . .click phone hangs up, I hang phone up.
I didn't talk because I didn't care to talk to them, and it was so funny to me.

The first time this happened, phone rings Marshall answers and says hello, who is this, no who is this. running through the house, won't give me the phone, the person hangs up. It was someone from the ward calling. Now that was embarrassing.

Our Complete Project

We FINISHED our RV Pad yesterday!!! It looks so good. Thank you so much to everyone that helped us. One week and we can finally bring over our trailer. Here are some picutres. (if anyone cares.)

LOTS OF WORK

So we are building an RV pad on the side of our home so we can bring over our trailer one of these days. It has been a lot of work. A lot of evenings where we could have done something, but instead we were so lucky to go outside and dig dirt (Herriman dirt, that would be 90% rocks, 5% boulders & 5% dirt)and bring it back to make it level. Plus in this area where we are digging, there used to live 3 beautiful huge trees. The roots were out of control and all tangled in all of these rocks, dirt. We had to dig down a good 6 inches just for the gravel and cement. So we had to dig far down. NOT FUN!! We thought we were really close. Randy came over to see our progress and said, "Call me in a month or two when you are ready for cement." I thought, Are you KIDDING me?? Needless to say within a week we rented a mini excavator and got the Job done. We then had the gravel delivered, the pile looks small, but it took about 6 grown men and a good 2 hours to scoop it into the wheel barrels and move it on back. I was so glad Jake's friends came to help him, I really didn't want to be part of it. I had the fun part of cooking the hamburgers and hot dogs!! Well we are so close to being ready for cement and it has only been 2 weeks, not 2 months, so we are happy!!! Here is Jake enjoying his "Tonka" truck for the few hours we had it!! I'll a post a picure of the final project when we are done. It is going to look so nice!!

I took Marshall to get his Pictures taken. They turned out really cute. You would never know by the pictures that mom had to sit right next to him and do the same pose and then slowly move away so they could take the picture. These are just some of them.
